Government Solutions Center LogoThe federal government’s Gov Online Learning Center powered by GeoLearning’s GeoMaestro LMS was honored for its innovations in

Call Center Magazine Product of the Year 2003 Award graphicThe GeoMaestro learning management system and e-learning delivery platform was named 2003 Product of the Year by Call Center Magazine. Call Center Magazine is the premiere publication serving the call center, customer care and customer interaction marketplace. The magazine’s editors choose products that help enhance agents’ and call center managers’ productivity, boost sales and/or improve overall customer service. A report published by Training Media Review, an independent research firm that reviews training content and supporting technologies, awarded the GeoLearning learning management system and e-learning delivery platform an overall rating of 3.75 out of a possible four stars.
