Automate the Learning Approval Process

The Approval Manager within the GeoMaestro LMS platform enables organizations to establish business rules and automate a workflow process for when a learner is required to complete an online form to submit a request for training. Administrators can create online request forms and set the business rules that define what courses and/or events the form needs to be submitted. When a learner submits a request for training, it can be approved by one or multiple approvers. And because each organization has unique approval structures, administrators can create their own custom forms that support the approval workflow specific to their organization's needs. This flexible functionality also enables an administrator to manage approval workflows in conjunction with training expense reports.
